I am Tina, better known as 'The Ottery Samosa Lady'.

Since starting my venture I've introduced home style Gujarati food to the community of Ottery St Mary. Offering a variety of different flavoured Samosas at the monthly community market as well as my popular coriander chutney.

These small beginnings included Bollywood Nights, fine dining experiences, monthly 'Passage to India' evenings and the Ottery Family and Food Festival, culminating in the cook-off with Saira Hamilton (MasterChef Semi-Finalist 2013).

When the opportunity arose to establish a new business in the centre of Ottery, I realised it would able me to develop the private events, cookery schools and the 'Virtual Pop Up Takeaway'. Allowing me to also sell my products and other Indian cooking supplies, such as spices, different kinds of rice, flours etc.
